Niels serves as Chief Investment Officer at Stagwell Global, where he leads the firm’s investment and capital allocation strategy.

Over his eight-year tenure at Stagwell, Niels has completed more than 40 investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. His work has included several transformative transactions, most notably the merger with MDC Partners which created the current public company, the $245 million disposition of Concentric, and the acquisition of ADK Global, which expanded Stagwell’s footprint across ten countries in Asia.

Niels holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, graduating with honors in Economics and a secondary concentration in Germanic Languages and Literature.
