In partnership with Left Field Labs, myCOI launched illumend, an AI-powered agentic platform that automates the entire compliance lifecycle. Left Field Labs engineered Lumie™, a conversational AI guide that walks third-party partners through risk flagging and resolution, providing intelligence that was previously unavailable. To ensure seamless adoption, they integrated these automated checks directly into Procore, the construction industry’s leading platform. The system combines advanced AI extraction with human specialist verification, ensuring that contract requirements are met instantly within the existing flow of work.

Outcome

The launch of illumend has fundamentally redefined insurance compliance, reducing the time required for management workflows by a staggering 99%. What used to be a four-day “sprint” now takes just six minutes, allowing projects to move forward without manual bottlenecks. This efficiency has driven rapid adoption, with 8,000 clients already signed on and actively using the platform to reduce liability and accelerate their business partnerships with total confidence.
